Our beautiful cottage is situated in the region of South Bohemia, in the picturesque village of Kvítkovice. Surrounded by meadows, forest and right next to a small South Bohemian lake. It is a very quiet and relaxing place.
There are two properties on the land. A traditional cottage which has been newly renovated and fully equipped and a newly built log cabin with an additional accommodation.
The cottage has a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and a separate toilet. The bedroom has two double beds including bedding and towels. There is a sofa bed in the living room and the kitchen is equipped with an oven, cooker, fridge, microwave and utilities.
The log cabin has two separate bedrooms with a double bed in each room. Bedding and towels are provided. The bathroom and WC are in the main cottage.
The total number of beds is 8, plus two via the sofa bed in the living room.
There is a spacious garden with plenty of opportunities to relax, an outdoor sitting area covered with a pergola, an outdoor fireplace with benches all around it, a portable barbecue and a sandpit for children. Parking is available either in front of the property or inside it. The nearby lake is not accessible directly from the garden. You can walk around the lake and swim on the opposite side. However, more suitable lake for swimming is the nearby Lake Dehtáø which has a beach, kiosk and the possibility of a wind and/or a kite surfing. The nearest restaurant and a shop are 2 to 4 km away.
